How the storeroom function works
The outside is always locked and opens only with a key; the inside is always free. Use it on mechanical rooms, storage and doors that should never be left unlocked.
About this cylindrical lock
A cylindrical (bored) lock installs through a round hole in the door and a smaller hole in the edge, so it is quick to install and replace. The function sets how the inside and outside levers or knobs lock, and the ANSI/BHMA grade indicates durability: Grade 1 is the heaviest duty.

- Backset The 4600(LN) series cylindrical locksets are available with a 2-3/4" (70mm) standard or 2-3/8" (60mm) optional backset.
- Door thickness Adjustable for doors 1-3/8" (35mm) to 1-3/4" (44mm).
- Latchbolts 2-3/4" (70mm) backset, 1/2" (13mm) throw latchbolt deadlocking or plain supplied standard. See page 6 for optional latchbolts.
- Warranty The 4600(LN) series cylindrical locks carry a three-year mechanical warranty
- Through-bolts 4600LN cylindrical lever locks are supplied with optional through-bolts. Installation of through-bolts is at the discretion of the installer.
- Fire listings 4600(LN) series locksets are UL - cUL listed for use on fire doors having a rating up to and including 3 hours.

Will it fit my existing door?
Most commercial cylindrical locks use a 2-1/8" bore with a 2-3/4" backset. Check the backset and door thickness in the specifications, or ask us.
Is it handed?
Most lever locks are field reversible. If the specifications list a hand, order the matching hand.
