The Falcon B161D Q 626 is a communicating passage lock, finished in Satin Chrome (626/US26D). Configuration: Quantum Lever, 2-3/4 Backset, 4-7/8" ANSI Strike.
How the passage function works
Both sides are always free. There is no locking, so it suits hallways, closets and interior doors that never need to be secured.
About this cylindrical lock
A cylindrical (bored) lock installs through a round hole in the door and a smaller hole in the edge, so it is quick to install and replace. The function sets how the inside and outside levers or knobs lock, and the ANSI/BHMA grade indicates durability: Grade 1 is the heaviest duty.
