Schlage ND50LD RHO 626 Entrance/Office Lever Lock
The Schlage ND50LD RHO 626 is a entrance/office lever lock from the Grade 1 ND Series, finished in Satin Chrome (626/US26D) with the Rhodes (RHO) lever.
How the Entrance/Office function works
A push button on the inside locks the outside lever, and a key from the outside unlocks it. The inside lever is always free, so nobody is ever locked in. A common choice for private offices.

About the ND Series
The Schlage ND Series is the heavy-duty cylindrical lever lock that many architects specify for schools, hospitals, offices and other busy commercial buildings. It is certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.2 Grade 1, the highest cylindrical lock grade, and is UL listed for use on fire-rated doors. Levers are field reversible, so one lock fits left- or right-hand doors, and the lever shapes meet ADA requirements for operation without tight grasping or twisting.
Because the ND fits a standard 161 cylindrical door prep (2-1/8" bore, 2-3/4" backset), it is a common upgrade when replacing worn or lighter-duty locks without re-machining the door.

Will it fit my existing door?
It fits a standard cylindrical prep: 2-1/8" bore with a 2-3/4" backset on doors 1-5/8" to 2-1/8" thick. Other backsets and thin-door kits are available; ask us if your door is different.
Is it fire rated?
The ND Series is UL listed for fire-rated doors when installed with a compatible latch and strike.
Which hand door does it fit?
Either. ND levers are field reversible, so the same lock works on left- and right-hand doors.
